These homes are available for a minimum 7 night stay and the rent of each home will allow for an event of up to 25 guests, holding a maximum of 100 guests when renting all 4 homes.
The following rates are for the base number of guests staying in each home: total 14. You can have up to an additional 15 guests, 4
more in each of the 3 bedroom homes, and 3 more in the 2 bedroom cottage, at an additional cost of $25+tax per
night per person.

Weddings & Receptions Fee: $400 + Sales Tax per home rented.
We would allow up to 25 additional guests per home rented for a wedding/reception party.
Our procedures are as follows:
We require a security deposit for each home, on a credit card (No American Express), to hold your reservation and cover the minimum cleaning, if needed key replacement or damages etc. We refund your deposit minus the cleaning after your departure. There is a minimum cleaning fee for each home, which covers pre arrival, post cleaning and some paper products and soap, etc. We require the payment of rent in full by check 60 days prior to arrival. We would then email, fax or mail you a letter of receipt for each deposit along with our rental agreements. After receiving the agreements and payment, we would send you key pick up instructions with directions.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES POLICY: Cancellations and requests for changes or refunds must be in writing to Team Real Estate, Inc... All reservation changes and cancellations are subject to a minimum $50 administrative fee per home rented. Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation notice is received less than 90 days from the arrival date. Rent will be forfeited if cancellation notice is received less than 60 days from the arrival date; however, in this case, full deposit will be refunded. Full or partial refund will be made if we are able to rent the home at the same rate or higher for any of the days scheduled.
Information Needed:
The following information will be needed to process your reservation: name, cell/home/fax numbers, mailing address, number of guests (adults/children under 12 years old) and your credit card number with expiration date and the 3 digit security code for the card. This is needed for each home.
